If you wish to dispute the allegations contained in a bylaw ticket, you may submit an adjudication request in person at City Hall. To do this, please complete and bring in the relevant form below. The information related to the adjudication request is located on the back of the ticket.
The bylaw dispute request must be received in the Bylaw Services office within 14 days of the ticket issuance. Disputes delivered after business hours will be considered received on the following business day. You may provide and attached your reason for dispute, but this is not a requirement. The Screening Officer will contact you by telephone to discuss the offence.
