The City of Revelstoke has a variety of committees that are working constantly to serve the community better. The Heritage Advisory Commission's responsibility is to broadly advise Council on those matters relating to the built form, cultural, and natural heritage of the community; included in this matter is making recommendations respecting designation of heritage structures and lands and the demolition, preservation, alteration or renovation of these.
The Commission consists of a total of five (5) members for a two-year term which may be extended by a Council resolution for a further two-year term.
