Revelstoke, BC - The City of Revelstoke is providing notice of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2426 (ZON2025-003) for Council consideration on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., Council will consider the bylaw for First reading and have the opportunity to consider subsequent readings and adoption at this meeting.
APPLICATION
The application includes Zoning Bylaw text amendments to amend the CD-10 zone (Stoked Living development) to reduce building setbacks, reduce minimum lot sizes, and increase density allowances, to reflect standard low density zones. In addition, the application seeks to create a new sub zone (sub zone D) that would permit a maximum of five (5) long-term rental dwelling units. The total density of the development (excluding accessory dwelling units) would increase from 66 to 75 dwelling units
