Phase 2 - Completed in 2018

Phase 2 consists of upgrades to the existing reservoir, Big Eddy Watermain replacement, Minor Pumphouse Improvements, Construction and Commissioning of the third well including genset and transfer switch, construction of the second cell of the Big Eddy Reservoir, improvements to the valve chamber near the Big Eddy Reservoir, drilling of well 3, and general reservoir site upgrades as well as miscellaneous water system upgrades in the Big Eddy neighbourhood.

Work commenced mid-summer in 2018 and was completed in fall 2018.
