This fun program is a socially inspired class with focus on strength and core training. Participants will feel empowered as they notice the improvement in both balance and strength all while having fun with others.
Designed to improve overall fitness, this program is geared for our senior demographic with all ability levels welcome. This class will start with a light warm up, slow and quicker paced walking, and endurance progression challenges.
Session 1: Jan 9 – Feb 13 Session 2: Feb 20 – Mar 26
When: Thursdays Time: 10:15am – 11:00am Cost: $50 per person per session
Registration requirements: Par – Q form, medical history form and general waiver signed.
