Strong Body & Mind Program

This specialized program is a martial art inspired class with focus on strength and core training. Participants will feel empowered as they notice the improvement in both balance and strength.

Designed to improve balance and overall fitness, this program is geared for our senior demographic with all ability levels welcome.

This class will start with a lite warm up, martial arts, strength and core training, light weight training, and endurance progression challenges.

6-week Sessions:
Thursday Session 1: October 3 – November 7
Thursday session 2: November 14 – December 19
Thursday session 3: January 9 – February 13
Thursday Session 4: February 20 – March 26

Requirements: Par – Q to be filled out and General Waiver signed
