Get ready to sweat each week in a 45 min blitz Tabata training class with us. Tabata is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training, consisting of 8 rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Incorporating both strength and cardio exercises, we cover everything. You do each block according to your speed and your capacity. You are the boss!  All levels are welcome.

This workout in disguise has unique physical and mental health benefits. Zumba’s movements increase core and trunk strength while improving balance. By joining a Zumba class, you’ll improve coordination and have fun, all while getting a full body workout.

This is a great way to get up and get going in the mornings. A certified fitness and weight instructor will introduce you to free weight and body weight exercises that will enhance your overall health and wellness while improving your strength.

Deep Water Workout 
This is a high intensity, high energy class. Perfect for your regular exercises and those looking for a challenge. Adding a water workout to your fitness routine is a great resistance but low impact full body workout.

Low Impact 
Suited for those who prefer a low impact workout in both shallow and deep water. Enjoy the challenges and rewards of water workouts.
