Drop-in swimming will not be permitted at this time. We are currently preparing a structured schedule for the aquatic centre. You can expect to see blocks of time reserved for Lap swimming, therapy swim, and swim lessons. Please check back for more up to date information.
Yes, the fitness centre will be re-opening with limited use. Drop-in visits to the fitness centre will not be permitted at this time. Patrons who hold valid memberships may access the fitness centre, however, they will be required to book a workout time online. Online bookings are available no less than 1 hour in advance and no more than 1 day in advance. Go to the instructions page for additional instructions on how to reserve a time slot.

Yes! All our sports field are open for use. Residents are more than welcome to use the fields with their families and social groups. If you are looking to book a field for a sporting activity, please contact the Department at 250-837-9351 or email email@example.com for more information. As of August 24th, 2020 Sport has moved to the “Progressively Loosen” Phase. In this phase there can be a careful increase to the number of contacts and contact intensity in sport. Please refer to viaSport’s Return to Sport Guidelines for more information on how to safely return to sport (www.viasport.ca).

The arena is scheduled to open on September 14th, 2020. Access to the facility for the month of September will be limited to scheduled user groups. There will be no drop-in programming for the time being.
Yes, we will be producing an electronic version of the Leisure Guide this fall. Given the current situation with COVID19 programming will be limited. User groups, organizations, clubs and businesses are welcome to submit advertisements for the guide. Staff will be reaching out to all past contributors with more information in the next couple of weeks. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Yes! We are accepting facility booking requests. Meeting rooms will be available for public use commencing October 5th, 2020.. Meeting room capacity has been re-established based on best practices (suggested 5 square metres per person) to accommodate physical distancing requirements. We have also prepared new meeting room protocols which must be adhered to when using our space. We encourage you to email your booking request to email@example.com.
