2015 The City of Revelstoke announces a new program that will allow residents to report quality-of-life issues and request Revelstoke services through an online and mobile interface. Powered by SeeClickFix, the place-based reporting platform allows residents to document neighborhood concerns and improvements alike, ranging from litter and flooding to damaged sidewalks and malfunctioning street lights.

NEW FIBRE OPTIC NETWORK WILL DRAMATICALLY INCREASE INTERNET SPEED


Beginning this summer, TELUS will be connecting more than 90 per cent of homes and businesses in Revelstoke directly to fibre optic cables. This upgrade – which comes at no cost to the municipality or its residents – will bring the most advanced communications infrastructure in the world to Revelstoke, and make available Internet speeds of up to 100 megabits per second.

February 2, 2015 - Trans Canada Highway Discussion Initiated
