Event Hall / Multi-Purpose (MP) Room Rental

The Community Centre offers an exceptional space for any event such as banquets, weddings, trade shows, large meetings, and conferences. The large 121'x60' / 7,260 square foot hall can be divided into three sections, each 2,420 square feet.

The event hall can be arranged with pull down screens, ceiling mounted projectors, chairs and tables with linens, a sound system, a podium and microphones (additional rental fees apply for equipment). We also offer free limited Wi-Fi throughout the building. 

For events serving food and beverages, a commercial kitchen is available with a bar service window.

Kitchen Rental

A full commercial kitchen is adjacent to the event hall (MP rooms) with a roll up bar window for service. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cater an event. It has two large prep stations, 4 commercial stoves, dishwasher, ice machine, 3 commercial fridges and a commercial freezer. The kitchen is also equipped with place settings for 400 people, including dinner and side plates, cutlery, coffee/tea mugs, and water glasses. We have additional equipment available for rent such as table linens, wine glasses and napkins. Check out the equipment rental page for a full list of equipment and pricing.

MacPherson Room

$23.00 - $70.00 hourly | $136.00 - $345.00 daily

The MacPherson Room is a functional space, accommodating workshops, business meetings, AGM's and fundraisers. At 30x30 ft. / 900 square feet, this room can typically host 45 seated guests or 25 classroom style guests. The MacPherson Room Rental includes tables and chairs, and is also equipped with an overhead projector, surround sound, a pull-down screen, white board, and a media cart. 

Boulder Room

$12.00 - $23.00 hourly | $51.00 - $90.00 daily  

Boulder is the smallest of our meeting rooms, hosting 12 guests comfortably. The 15x30 foot meeting room is equipped tables and chairs, a sink, a pull-down screen and whiteboard. 

Dance Studio

$12.00 - $23.00 hourly | $51.00 - $90.00 daily 

Fees & Charges

  • The price ranges listed above correspond to the type of booking. For example, non-profit/charity organizations will pay the lower rate, while private, corporate or profit oriented bookings pay the higher rate.
